In November 2023, Givaudan Active Beauty partnered with Covalo to transform their digital customer experience. The collaboration brought together Givaudan’s deep expertise in beauty ingredients with Covalo’s capabilities in data structuring and building customizable digital platforms that streamline buyer-supplier relationships. 

Rather than building a static solution, both teams are focusing on creating a flexible system that can evolve over time, reflecting the reality of how beauty professionals search, formulate, and collaborate.

Extending into regional collaboration

UX-Beauty represents an ongoing shift in how digital tools support beauty innovation: from passive databases to active collaboration environments.

A first pilot of this approach is currently being rolled out with the Indonesian distributor,  Karya Aroma Sejahtera, marking an important step in bringing global innovation closer to local execution.
