Regulations & Compliance:

The SCSS has released preliminary opinions on HC Yellow No. 16, Biphenyl-2-ol, and Sodium 2-biphenylolate, deeming them safe for use as currently formulated. These opinions are now open for public comments until September 27, 2024.
